Okay, as it appears, we got a whole $11.7M for the quarter. That's less than the amount I believe we paid for legal fees in TX.
Now, the only way I can see where we'd settle for far less than our legal expenses is if Ward had decided to allow Attorney/Client Priveledged testimony, and we didn't want to go there. But wait a minute....if THAT were the case, you'd think that our team would have gone to trial, then appeal based on use of previously determined priveledged information/testimony.
I again suggest that the J numbers aren't revealed yet, nor perhaps some of the monies from other recent licensees.
IMO, if any of this is "fact", then the numbers may be beyond our .....
But remember, I'm delusional....
