Agree 100%. What is the purpose of playing hardball with the T3 if indeed TPL gave the MMP away to the Js? Makes no sense.

Also, now that we know $15.6 mil of PTSC's $ is tied up, that string of licenses generating cash was very timely indeed. IMHO it was no coincidence. Remember they ended abruptly. Meaning they got to a targeted amount of cash to tide PTSC over. Opty
