even have direct input from Agoracom since we are paying them to promote Patriot Scientific. If not, perhaps Brian can pass these questions to you. Maybe these could be answered in an addendum to tomorrow's letter to shareholders. My questions (1) Was any revenue from the Texas court settlement included in this Quarterly report? If so, where in the report was it listed? (2) What is the current status of the USPTO reviews currently ongoing? What is your confidence level regarding the final outcome of those reviews and why? (3) Will Patriot now resume share buyback?
