FWIW...I was thinking the same. It either is, or we have been seriously lied to with statements like:

"10's of millions coming in"

"Both parties are pleased with settlement"

and many others..

I would say good luck blah blah blah...but I am not feeling really lucky right about now. I was always one of the more conservative with my Q3 projections, but even today's #'s at least temporarily make me look foolish. I do wish you a good birthday though.
