"Most stocks" probably do not have a major holder liquidating their position during such time periods. We did indeed see a run up about 2 weeks ago, that was rather promptly squelched.

Thers is not a lot of risk with PTSC any more; most of the real risk is behind us. The question (or risk) now, is simply how much of the upside potential can be realized. And that is anybody's guess.
