I think you're correct - 5-5:30 EST.

I don't think the Q will effect the SP too much - it may sink a bit. After tomorrow, we will start the wait for the big USPTO re-exam results and then we will wait for the T-3 trials/settlements and so on.

Not bashing or spreading FUD, just trying to keep it real. I hope I'm dead wrong.
