do we really need to throw out what if's : "late filing, Settlements postponed till PTO".
Late filing, it is not even 4/9 and we are late........come on!
Settlements postponed/based on PTO, why on earth would TPL make a deal just as we are about to go to court. TPL would have a better chance through a trial (imo) than settling for PTO review/settlement.
I can't believe some of the things I read on this forum.
