PTSC has been scrutinized more than the planned Mars mission.
So I continue with leaks...
I've been concerned as to why quarterly details haven’t leaked by now. I’ve thought about it for awhile and have decided that it’s because the deals are scattered around the world no one person knows a significant amount of the quarterly information to be released, other than PTSC officers and those at TPL. One piece of the puzzle wouldn’t necessarily raise the eyebrows of person’s privy to the deals. These guys pay out millions upon millions every year in patent license fees and another multi million dollar fee means nothing. For obvious reasons TPL and its attorneys want as few details released as possible and would prefer to have no details in the PTSC quarterly, IMO. For this reason I think we only see information absolutely required by the SEC. Numbers given will provide only a glimpse of what’s been going on and what’s planned for the future. Back to the leak, on top of all this are legal documents that discourage leaks with the threat of legal action. The legal teams for TPL probably make it blatantly clear what happens should information leak. With so few people involved per deal, it would not be difficult to track down the leaking culprit.
I've always thought the quaterly was a big deal and and the absense of leaks bothered me, but I think I’m correct in my analysis here.
My hope is the columniation of allot of multimillion-dollar deals will shock the media into recognizing us when quarterly is released. I’m hoping for this afternoon. J GLTYA
