Yup, needs work, LOL.

Regarding M&A, the prevailing view on this board seems to be that M&A is the key to the kingdom.  Wrong! It has to be the right situation, the right product, the right people, the right exchange (that should be a prerequisite!), the right price, etc. etc.  I've been through a few of these, and more fail than succeed in my experience.  A lot of pieces have to fall into place.  I bought PTSC originally (and bought again today) for the patents.  An unsuccessful transaction would be like killing the golden goose.  I hope to hear something from Goerner tomorrow on this, but he needs time to do this right, and I have confidence he will.
