But nevertheless the serious base for it were the shareprice expectations and movements around the release of the numbers of 2005/2006 in October 2006, the announcement of the third dividend in 2007, the Markman Hearing, the settlement, the release of the numbers for Q2/2007/2008. The licensee prs were no events we were waiting for, they all happened "suddenly"...
