I'm again noticing these posts about some entities intent to hold the PPS down, coupled with suggestions of some stealth buyout in the works. Where is this coming from?

Holding the PPS down? Ever heard of S&L? They've been selling. For some unknown reason, it seems that when a lot of shares get sold, the PPS doesn't go up! I know it's shocking, but, by golly, that just seems to happen. IMO, S&L isn't holding the PPS down for some devious plot to unfold, they just want to reduce their position. Now, we can't say for absolute certain that this is happening NOW, but it sure has been in the past - the recent passed, and accelerated. No big mystery, IMO. The only question is why is S&L selling? I don't know....perhaps a deal worked out with the dividends, or the warrant resolution. Bottom line, it was happening, and there's no reason to think it's stopped.

Stealth buy out of PTSC - which would probably mean PTSC AND TPL. Just how do you swing that? People keep suggesting it, based on ZERO, but there's no clear method of doing this in a stealth fashion (reporting requirements, etc.). Perhaps a sudden deal worked with and approved by management? Unless the premium were extremely high (i.e., one where everyone is satisfied - including US), management would be facing some serious legal questions/suits - after all, they do have a fiduciary responsibility, and if the deal rewarded them, personally, to any significant degree, there could be criminal charges. Bottom line, IMO, no way.

I can understand some paranoia, but come on you guys, get real.

Now I'll go on and suggest why our PPS languishes so near what we expect to be really good news. IMO, everyone that knows about PTSC has probably bought to their maximum. Fencesitters will sit on the fence till the news hits. There is no PR of this company now, and really, there never has been much of any at all. We are a relative "unknown". So unless you've got a bunch of those "forward this to ten people" emails going, the word is not really out there yet. So I suspect we'll see another "flat" day tomorrow, with low volume. The only people that could perk things up are already "all in", IMO.

IMO, all this will change on Thursday, after the numbers are out and the world has had time to absorb the info. And hopefully all talk of PPS suppression and buyouts will vanish.

JMHOs,

SGE
