The number one concern to me is why the SP price has been held in this very tight range for such a long time. It really appears some company wants a big stake in PTSC and they want to get it real cheap. Who knows what kind of business deal TPL really made for us . Its all pure speculation but their is always a clue to every problem and the biggest clue is this SP of 50 cents. I have got to believe the numbers will be great. And so far companies have paided up large sums of money I don't know how they can know figure 300k per lic. it doesn't add up. TPL removed the early bird specials last year. JMHO
