Why no upwards movement before the numbers?

If the price would rise before the Q3 numbers, it could only be because of one of the following reasons:
1. Someone knows from the settlement terms and is using this knowledge
2. The market is expecting great news and starts to buy in anticipation of a growing/exploding shareprice
ad 1.: The existence of the NDA prohibits the possibility of any leakage!
More: it might be dangerous for PTSC, if this would happen (maybe one of the reasons, why Judge Ward has his eyes on the fulfillment of the settlement?).
ad 2.: If there still were interested investors OUTSIDE the current PTSC shareholders community, at least (and lastly) they got frustrated with the little run-up two weeks ago.
I guess, anyone who decided to start to trust PTSC then – outside this messaging board and besides all the current shareholders, who are either waiting for the first chance to leave the PTSC ship or have enough or too much (;-)) shares - won't buy Patriot on any rumours anymore: they are waiting for definite facts.
Shortly: I'm sure, at this moment, even with a big chance, that the numbers will be great, nobody is willing to purchase one PTSC share (only some of us, who still have money...;-)) BEFORE all the fog is cleared (and this might not only be the numbers, but other issues, too, for those people).
Consequence: The price CANNOT rise before the Q3 numbers are released.
But the consequence from this consequence is a question:
How can the price increase after the release of the numbers, if all the buyers are cautious?
I was thinking about this question since months, because I always considered this time between the settlement and Wednesday to be a certain "pricing period" for a certain purpose, and my answer (or better: theory) combines the thoughts I tried to bring to the board yesterday:
Those, who can (= are allowed) buy after April 10th are PTSC and all the involved folks.
Thus PTSC etc. could start the buyback without strong "competition" for cheap shares, and with the volume created by the PTSC buyback the price would start to rise and therefore attract all those, who are cautiously waiting for the "real move upwards".
All IMHO - good night from Germany!
