I think the price volume action is expected considering the past action of buyers coming in and then getting hammered back down below their entry point again and again.

I do not believe it has anything to do with the 10Q. If the Q was bad there would indeed would be a sell off prior to release.

Lets hope who ever the seller is, they let this thing go on its own this time.
