2. They wanted to have a NDA in place to prevent PTSC form announcing what copy cats they were and stupid it was going to make them look. Why else? It wasn't at the request of PTSC the NDA would not help them at all.

My thought; If PTSC/TPL did not have a fair settlement, how would it benefit PTSC/TPL to have NDA? Certainly it would not benefit PTSC/TPL to delay announcing lousy numbers until April. How would that benefit us? PTSC/TPL has nothing up their sleeve, that comes to mind between the settlement date and April that they were relying on, otherwise we would know. I believe the only announcement other than more licenses (long shot of a M/A) would be waiting for Aril earnings.

Anyway .....I think most will understand the point I am trying to make.

Just seems like common sense, when the pieces of the puzzle are put together.
