You may be mistaken about a PR announcing the date of a Q.  I've been in this stock for over 4 years and to the best of my knowledge there has never been that kind of an announcement.

I've seen a lot of speculation regarding the date and a lot of complaining about late filings, etc., but no PR.

Please provide a link.
