I don't think there is any logic in thinking TPL would increase the cost of a license after PTSC issues its quarterly numbers. Post Markman yes. Post trial settlement yes. Post USPTO yes. But post PTSC's 10Q? So if I were one of those fence sitters, and being this close to seeing those numbers, why rush? Opty
