No license today...

At least not before trading is finished today IMO.

If we see some new licensees until April 9th, then my guess is, end of March was the end of certain period ("pricing period"?) 

If we don't see more licensees until April 9th, I would doubt the "quiet & non-communications period" is over - just my gut telling me this, not based on facts.
