First and foremost IMO is to get out from under this inability for the company to buy back shares. It was a major blunder. This was an opportunity to remove S&L from the picture by buying out their stake at a discount (in our eyes) and to remove the anchor from this stock. Now we continue to have them sell into any good news. How much will they be able to supress the SP once the 10-Q comes out? Also in conjunction with a supressed SP, the stock is useless in M&A acquisitions, thus reducing options. The SP also makes it more difficult to change exchanges. The only other dynamic I feel that can change this rock and a hard place image, is patent results, bringing closure on the unknown.
