That Swartzeee has been selling & will continue to sell until he reaches what HE determines his core holdings should be.  When I first bought ptsc, SWARTZEE had 41 million shares with an ave cost of around 2 or 3 cents, so why not start selling, from 2.25 on down.  I would have done the same, He has made a ton and GOD BLESS HIM, but at some time in the near future he'll stop the selling and let it ride up to the big $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. He's a smart man and I'm pretty sure he'll hold , at least I think, 10 mil for the ride up. GLTAL & U SWARTZEE.
