I hear everything you are saying, but no, I can't except the term Patent Troll, and I am surprised that you can. There is a big difference between being perceived as the inventor of a product and not being able to gain from ones efforts, as compared to the guy who bought some patents and is fleecing another company. If you don't believe me, I sugest you talk with a patent attorney or two and ask them who would be rewarded more in a court of law, the inventor or the patent troll?

As far as JT looking smart or stupid, IMO, JT has always looked stupid...why change now?
