What was level two trading like today?

Did a big player want in at 52 cents or did S&L take advantage an sell into the rally this time with no lic. deals to support the selling.We all know the small retail investor did not move this stock from .38 to .67 . and they didn't sell it off either. Who really controls this stock!!
