Geez.  All I said was that I'd prefer to think it's S&L unloading.  I didn't intend to reopen this endless debate - yet again.

WE KNOW FOR A FACT THAT S&L HAS SOLD MANY TONS OF SHARES. 

And IMO regardless of the prevailing price until it reaches some predetermined limit.

Why didn't he just dump all his shares all at once? 

Why doesn't he hold for a probable much higher profit? 

We'll probably never KNOW.  But the bottom line is what I state in caps above. 

You can choose to ignore it.  But when we have few absolute facts to work with, it puzzles me why people would choose to ignore one that IS absolute, confirmed, set in stone. 

Is he doing it NOW?  It sure looks like it to me - JMHO.  Remember, unlike many of us, I doubt EW's world revolves around PTSC.

Now I'll hit another subject - the (title of the) upcoming pitch by JT.  People immediately presume the worst.....  Pretty darn silly IMO.  How would that affect his future, if he went in blasting away at his last employer?  I mean, if he did that, who would ever hire him?  IMO, it was a snare.

I recall when I wrote my first article involving EDIG.  The Editor strongly suggested a slight change to the title - starting it with "MP3".   I obliged.  Why?  At the time, anything "MP3" gauranteed mega-hits for the publishing eMag.  People are inherently pretty lazy and careful when selecting reading material (after all, they'll have to exert some effort to read it).  If it doesn't really grab their attention, it goes ignored.  Same situation here, IMO.
