I just was reading the IP Symposium web site....I agree with Milestone's post.

The topic is upsetting to all here but IMO Turley wants to get back on his feet and the title of his presention will garner him attention.

As CEO of PTSC he defended our claims to our patents and the monies that were rightly ours.... For him to now say, hey fellows i had no idea that i was part of a giant patent troll sceme , is far fetched....

If his intention is to bash PTSC as a troll then he just as well might turn himself into the authoritys and find someone to feed his dog as he will be pennyless....I do not see that happining...

He is considered an expert in the IP field...I see him telling the audience what both sides of the fense believes....The title of the speech will disappoint many ...

No one likes to either leave a job because of conflict or be fired because of poor performance....We will never know the reason but either way it leaves a bitter taste in your mouth....It appears that most CEO's and major players in these powerful corps have a short life span as they play musical chairs....To openly bad mouth PTSC would make him a outcast in the industry..IMO..Larry
