Someone help me here, I guess I`m just not making myself clear, or I`m too dense too understand. Brian stated the fully diluted (this to me means covering ALL COMMITMENTS)outstanding were 399 million. We have 400 million authorized. So where is this COMMITMENT for another 20-30 million shares coming from. What exactly is causing this commitment?
