I don't know when the new site came up, but it is possible they changed DNS for PTSC to point to the new site, and depending on the TTL (time to live) on the DNS record for ptsc.com, it could take up to 72 hours to propogate across the web. They could push it out more quickly, but maybe their ISP is just slow. If it doesn't change by Monday, than I would say it is intentional, and maybe they are trying to get everything working on a site that no one looks at before they make the switch. Just a guess, but honestly don't know.
