Dear Mike,

Outside of the warrants, we know stock has been sold somewhere in the timeframe from Sept. to Dec. (most likely around the Nov./Dec. period) from observing the DEF14A and the SC 13G/A. Including the last 5 million warrants, the position has been reduced by aprox. 33% of which 43% is warrants, 57% is stock.......
