Cantwait.

Rick is an interim CEO.. again. Its very possible that TPL nor PTSC has informed him of the 3rd quarter information.

Rick could be privy to information going forward.

Again... since neither one of us has seen the NDA ....we dont know what information/restructions, exceptions..etc exist... both can state their own interpetations of whats happening...
