PTSC's large Attorney bill?

I wonder if the attorney money PTSC paid was as a result of a merger gone bad. Just guessing why PTSC would have a huge bill since lawyer fees involving licence's are paid out before money is dispersed to us. Or possibly they were fees as a result of due diligence of prospective merger or purchase before they hired professionals to search for purchase. Just guessing. doc
