what did PTSC get in exchange for giving away 50%?

PTSC never had 50% to give away..... Moore assigned a portion of his rights to Leckerone, and all the patents were jointy invented as per the USPTO. What PTSC gets is Townsend Townsend & Crew, an extrememly respected & top ten IP law firm, to do the legal work.. Alliacense's expertice in reverse engineering and negotiating.. and PTSC gets handed 50% of the total revenues produced.. and are responsible for half of the expenses accrued. PTSC and we investors had better feel mighty grateful for the arrangement.. my only beef is why wasn't it accomplished 3-4-5 yrs ago.
