IMO, you left out the biggest question.  What will Swartz do in April?  Will he be out of shares?  Will he choose to hold?  Will he let us run, do a limited squelch or a total squelch?  IMO, these are the MOST pertinent questions.  To which we won't have answers till....

Though I would just love to see a PR/note or whatever from PTSC saying that Swartz is done, /old out, there would be a probable downside to such an announcement if it were possible.  "You mean the biggest shareholder sold all his shares just before this supposed landmark 10Q comes out?".
