Chuck assigned interests to Itv Corp in 1997....

Anyone know the status on this company ?

What state is it incorporated in ?

iTv..must be still in business ...as iTv Corp / Moore...assigned patent interests to TPL...apparently in separate issues ....with two separate exec dates on the same day....EXEC DA...2/15/2002 and EXEC DA...2/15/2002......The recording date, however.. was not till ..10/30/2003.....20 months later.....seems it was not a simple process.

All other assignments of property ...from the EXEC date to the recording date....are with in days.

Did Chuck have to melt iTv....to get his property back to re assign ? If he did... would his involvement of property assignment on the same EXEC date be illegal ?
