Do you know if there has been a case in the past in which a companies

Patents received a Strong favorable Markman ruling only to be rejected

by the USPTO?

Also when we consider that Judge Ward has Never been totally overturned

on Appeal except for the case of an individual "Claim or two" within a

patent, doesn't it seem Highly likely that the USPTO will rule in favor

on the 336 and 148 as Judge Ward did?

And, considering that only Claim 29 on the 584 is in question, this may

likely be one of those Judge Ward claims that does get overturned on

Appeal since the more enlightened here seem to think Chuck Moore

did an outstanding job in further defining Claim 29 to the USPTO.
