I just looked at two of the blank NDAs I use or have had OEM customers send me. Neither of them have an expiration date. In other words, the information the client gives me is NEVER to be released or used for our own brands.

I don't know what the J3 were trying to hide other than the amount they paid, but I doubt we (Joe Sixpack retail shareholder) will ever know any of the details -- like which products or which chip set. It is possible, April 9 (Bill --> or Sept 9 for that matter) will not matter in terms of PTSC being able to discuss more of the details. Can we bribe JT with a Lobster Gram?

I just want them to Show Me The Money. And, just maybe a hint at where the M&A process is at that time. My guess is it will be sugarcoated with "We are working with top brokers and industry vets to evaluate the best fit bla bla bla..." No details. I hope I'm wrong as I believe some insight on the types and scope of companies the BOD is considering is important. Inquiring minds want to know.

As long as they get it right, we'll be much better than just hangin' out as a common patent troll -- albeit a very rich patent troll!
