We pretty much forgot about the big guy sitting at the top of the pyramid. Wonder what they must be thinking with every body under them settling. My guess is they are trying to attack rather than wait for what they know is coming. Doesn't look too promising for them if they can't even put together a complete request for reexamination. As an aside related to the reporting of income, I thought Fut made it clear that under the GAAP method they would have to report the entire settlement in the quarter it was earned. Corrections please.
