Perhaps it is due to "off hours", but it seems to me that a note/letter to shareholders posted by PTSC on their site is worthy of reporting here by Agora (as is done with PRs). Isn't this at least as worthy as a PR - probably more so?
Again, possibly due to "off hours" and time constraints, but I do offer this for your consideration.
