Where's the Goerner SEC-Filing?

Looking back at the time difference between Turley's announcement and the filing of his contract I'm wondering, why we don't see a filing regarding the contract with our new CEO.

Does anyone have a clue, if there is a rule for this? It's his sixth day of employment at PTSC and I would like to know, under which conditions he agreed to take the position.

BTW: If you read the profile of Goerner on PTSC's website, there is NO WORD telling he's an INTERIM CEO - hm...
