The funny thing though, I held Forgent @ .40 until the USTPO results came out and a settlement was reached for 8 mil with their litigation at that time when I subsequently dumped it. Then later when the 10-Q comes out the dang thing runs up to $2.00 and I'm sitting there going WTF......

Patent clarification and/or US signing recognition in my opinion for PTSC to offset the timing uncertainty of license signings.......The street can't project and the company can't project IMO.......
