Ron, you`re right, this is close to being a dead horse. Also if we`d won, I`d have been talking out of the other side of my mouth citing Beattie`s brilliant strategy. So that was my irrational tantrum for 2005.

I still think there CJ and Pohl were resting on their laurels - a bit less of the ``yes`` men and a little more devil`s advocacy might have helped.

From our mistakes, we do learn. So I hope this also goes for Patriot.

I tend to like the idea of restructuring the suit to be Fish vs. Moore to clear the title, the carrot to Fish being a seat on the BOD and stock.

Time to completely mend fences with Mr. Fish.
