Would that not be the reasons for hiring an attorney....laying out a strategy with foresight.. pointing out the possible problems for the inevitable culmination ?
You really belive that ethics was not a concern...or an understandable issue at the time of enactment ?.....Time factors have nothing to do with it.
You either know what you`re doing or you don`t....with regard to conflict potential.
