I'm not worried about the USPTO very much since re-examinations are changed to the negative only about 15-20% of the time. Many times the patent comes out stronger as a result. I'm not worried about PTSC being sued. Lawyers will tell you that is common as a pre-empted action by infringers to influence the location where the court is held. They all fear Texas. I'm a little concerned about the irrational exuberance about the April numbers. We don't ,and probably won't know what part of the numbers was payment and or royalties. I'm very concerned about the company we choose to merger or purchase. I urge patience in making sure we get the right one. It would be a huge mistake to rush this decision. We are only going to get one shot to get it right. I know everyone is anxious to get to the apex but if the base isn't solid, you never get to the top. Let give the new guy time to get the base solid, JMHO doc.
