I hear you ... but i think that addressing the SH is one of those "catching up" chores (#1 if you ask me - even if it was a prepared monologue) ... besides he is already caught up and already has a plan (that PTSC likes), or he wouldnt have signed the contract right and PTSC wouldnt have offered.
