No reverse split.....

Most agree that reverse splits do not work.

Why would you want to do reverse split if fundamentals are in place; you will not need a reverse split if fundamentals are there (imo). This would be especially true for PTSC. We have already seen share price over $2 and we will again see the share price to that level if not more, once .....

-148, 336 584 re-exam are finaled.

-April numbers are out.

-M/A in place.

-Licensing continues at current pace.
