i do not know the laws for NAS ... I never claimed to know. All I know is what advance battery did which was move from OB to AMERICAN (announced and had a ticker while under $1) and several months later move from AMERICAN to NAS. if there is something illegal about that dont take it up with me ... talk to ABAT ... or if you see it differently then please educate me on what you think happened.
