Were do we stand? Anyone get emotional bout PTSC lately? Well let's take a look as a few thing.....I may be all over the place so bear with me, I have a conclusion at the end.

1. PTSC is a profitable company now FACT , no comment needed

2. Share count is too high TRUTH , however a necessary evil to get were we are, but will it hurt? In some ways it already has and in other ways we can use the float if and when we make it to a bigger trading board.

3. The share buy back was good for shareholders and helped us out. BS The botched it IMO, and now we have another CEO to give more options and/or out right shares to. IMO , the amount of shares purchased will just be used to line there own pockets (not in a illegal way mind you , but incentives et.al)

4. Turley did a bad job......BS, outright bull. Turyley's hands were tided. What could he do? Was his job to find a M/A candidate? Does anyone know just how hard it would be to find a company we can buy that will be profitable , it IMO , is very difficult. He did as good of a job as he could do giving the circumstances . Doing nothing , btw at the later stages of his employment , he was kept silent.

5. Turley was good for the company. FICTION, Good idea in the first place , Yes.....but in the long run , it turned out to be a wash. Someone figured he had connections , ok , connections for what? Mergers? or Publicity? I say it was good for publicity , but the publicity went no where, and when you though is his now world famous comments..........let's just say ,no one will ever forget the Red Button..LOL His interviews , IMO , were duds. He never mentioned the markman and the lawsuits and the like, who could get the big picture? I say , like a legislator being sent to Washington....doing nothing is better than messing thing up worse. I call him a wash, not bad either.

6. M/A is where the shareholders will come out on top and reap our rewards.....FICTION and BS , Waring ! Think real hard about this one.....We make a wrong choice and the shareholder are screwed. What if the powers that be want to fund a money pit of a company. What if the management/BoD's of PTSC and such company are looking at a very long term maybe of something working out. Take it to another extreme. What is such a company is toxic financed and needs saved before it goes BK. And , what if the holder's of such debt is Swartz himself.....and/or related companies. Guess who gets all of the PTSC income , all bet it indirectly. WARNING , this though scares me.

7. Rick Goerner is a great find and great for the company, with his back ground and experience. FICTION, what if....see # 6 above. Do we know ? NO, but , what if? Did he get hired by Johnson? Who is Johnson loyal to? Don't get me wrong , I'm not trying to bash or Fud things up, please read # 8 below.

8. HONOR.......Swartz, Pohl, Turley, Johnson, Leckrone, Geoerner et al . are all honorable men. UKNOWN, how do we answer that question ? "Those are doing what's right by them" AH OH, are they Pirates? Here is where the buck stops. Let's take a look. I'll start with Pohl , he was there when we tried to gain all the MMP. We blew it , or did we? That's right, did we? Honor , remember......does anyone here believe that Moore was not a co-inventor, would, could , can we go it alone in a court of law with out all the pieces of the puzzle? IMO, no we could not. Even if we could have found a technical point where Moore gave up some rights,.......well I will say that we have the best we could really expect. Pohl did a great and HONORABLE job. Did Pohl answer to and take orders form Swartz in these matters? It didn't matter , he did a good and honorable job that benefited all, including shareholders, at a time when we could have lost everything out right ! Good decisions, and in the shareholder's interests, YES , I'll call him Honorable. Turley? Did he do anything unhonorable? NO. Did he do anything great like Pohl had to do with the quick deal with TPL ? NO, but just a means to an end and a filler until bigger things . Funny comments may just equal optimism, I'll call him Honorable ! Has Johnson and or ES done anything unhonorable against us? See next subject.

9. Swartz and his guy Johnson are evil, the pps is their fault, they are going to destroy our company. Fiction and BS (or should I say UNKNOWN) I'll call it BS, ......The Buck stops here...LOL , my money is in PTSC shares. OK, let's go........ES, could be an Honorable man and yes Johnson may work directly for him. Think about something , does ES want something like the warning in # 5 above , OR is he keeping his individual investments separate. Does he keep in mind the interest of peoples lives that his actions impact. Sure his has a overall big picture of his own company and investments, his money and is own long run. I want to give him the benefit of doubt and proceed under the assumption, (hoping not to make an ass out of myself) that he thinks bout us. Is his selling causing us a problem, yes and maybe no. He could hold now and just as the "TROBE EXPLODES" and the "BIG CASHINDO" hits like a ton of bricks...............AND THEN Swarts hits the sell all button. What do you suppose would happen. What if Swartz is looking at , not only his, but our big picture and wants us to succeed. That's right was if he and Johnson are honorable and indeed looking out for our best interest, wanting us to make it big. I want to believe that and my small 199K shares are a weight on his shoulders , not just mine. I will give him the respect and honor until fully known, and then if I am correct , I'll owe him my gratitude and thanks.

10. Goerner works for Swartz and......(What does it matter) see the statements about Swartz , honor, and our best interest. Unknown, and could be great. I'll go with being happy about the progress .

11. Leckrone is not looking out for PTSC and is greedy, selfish and will ruin PTSC. BS That's right , bull. Let's look at the facts. This man is fighting the lawyers of all the major tech companies in the free world and Congress issues at the same time. Sure he has his own company and is doing what's right by him, but that does not make him a Pirate. He has worked so hard and made so many hard to make deal, (sure some we all question, ) but what do we know of the big picture and the why's and what's of the reasons. He is working on means to ends of deals we know nothing of. I , you heard it right here, give him a thumbs up and my respect until I have no reason to. Honorable , dang right !

12. Shareholders are worried about Management and funny business going on. TRUTH Sure the pps is at .4 and we don't know all the details. For what ever reason we can't be shown all the details and that in itself is not the end all, it's management's, ES's , MM's , TPL's, Boogyman's fault. This can all work out to our benifit. Sure I see things that would make me think otherwise.
