Because everyone would be holding their collective breaths w/ their finger on the sell button watching how the R/S played out..

It appears to me the investment world is already a bit leary of PTSC and the trading patterns we have endured.. throw in a R/S and you feel everyone will forget and jump aboard? Perhaps institutions will imediately jump on board.. what if they didn't? Would this be implemented with Swartz still holding 15M shares?

Yeah, it could work.. what are the chances it wouldn't?
