Why on earth do we need a reverse split?

I have spoken with some very savvy people on the subject and have heard support for it. I want to offer this:

We are a company with no debt and nothing but cash coming in. In the late 90's we saw hundreds of companies with NOTHING see their stocks go to the MOON!! Many of those very companies are not even around today!

The case I continually like to cite is that of Norris Communications. They were a laughing stock of a company until someone had the bright idea to change the name and stock symbol. At the time, if I remember correctly, they were around .07-.08 per share.

The name change, as some of you know, was to E-Digital (EDIG). The stock took on a "CULT" following, if you will, and had to be the number one performing stock of all time with as many shares as they had out, around 330 million at the time. Stock ran up and down for some time but ultimately hit $26.00 per share!!

My point is that we are not that much higher than them now in terms of share count, 391 mil and change, but there is a SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE in what we HAVE!! What we have is revenues over 100 MILLION DOLLARS to this date and multiples of that more to come!!

Today we do not have 100's of companies with NOTHING running like the wind. WE do have ONE company with OVER 100 MILLION DOLLARS in revenue and multiples of that more to come that has gone ignored by the street!

I believe that ONE company PTSC, or whatever it morphs into, can replicate the "frenzy", the "CULT", if you will, following that OUR SISTER company accomplished with ONE HUGE DIFFERENCE........WHAT WE HAVE IS REAL HERE AND NOW!!

I KNOW, and this is not my opinion, I KNOW, this IS POSSIBLE!!

Will The greed of man allow it?

We are ONE, not hundreds......
