2 Weeks Notice....

While unnecessaryfor SH,Turley needs to have given 2 weeks notice to the executive committee.

Pohl resigned on FEB 13 effective immediately

JT resigned on Feb 28 

 

2 weeks after Pohl resigned.

 

I would say that both Pohl and JT were somehow forced to resign

and that Dave being chairman of a board that rarely meets was able to leave forthwith,

 

JT on the other hand needed to hang around for the required 2 weeks,.
