The moral of this story is:  Be careful what you wish for.

I'm most concerned that Turley found something that wasn't right. He thoroughly divorced himself from PTSC with his resignation from not only the CEO job, but the BoD also.  He cut off ALL ties with PTSC.  This gives me pause for thought.

  Turley is a very honest guy and extremely trustworthy.  He tried hard to distance PTSC from the Swartz group, but was obviously unable to do it.   That could become our tragedy.  Hopefully not, but things aren't as they should be.
