Does it sound like Rick was selected to accomplish specific tasks/goals or just temporarily replace JT.

Johnson as chairman has red flags all over it. It really sounds like the board calls all of the shots and doesn't represent shareholders. If Swartz still has a foothold in this company, WTF.

JT leaving the board. I can't believe he didn't stay for even selfish reasons, like most other board members.

I am sorry if I sound a little negative. Once I found our new ceo was hired through a head hunter service, I became a little alarmed. In additon, I was under the impression Swartz was loosing his infuence. Now that his boy is the chairman, WTF.

Does Swartz have the ability to bleed this company dry?
